  I stopped by this local ice cream shop at CFM West while walking around and decided to grab a treat. Overall, it was a nice experience, and the ice cream was definitely worth trying. The flavour was good, with nice sweetness but not a lot of creaminess, and there were some interesting options to choose from. It made for a refreshing treat while exploring the market. The main downside was the wait time. The line moved a little slower than I expected, and it took a while before I got my order. I understand that the market can get quite busy, especially during peak times, but the wait was still somewhat long for a simple ice cream order. That said, the service itself helped make up for it. The staff working that day was super friendly and polite. They were welcoming, patient, and pleasant to interact with, even though they were clearly dealing with a steady stream of customers. I really appreciated their attitude and the effort they made to keep things positive. Overall, I’d say this is a good spot to stop for ice cream when visiting the farmers’ market. The wait could be improved, but the good flavour and genuinely friendly staff made the experience enjoyable. I’d definitely consider coming back for another scoop when next I’m at the market.

Every time I feel like having an ice cream always go to Love at First Scoop at CFM. I meet the owner couple of times at their previous Crossroads Market location and he is a very nice person, made me feel welcoming to the shop. Delicious treat to have.

  This place is me and my sister’s favourite ice cream shop!! We love coming down here and the staff is always so kind and friendly 🙂 I highly recommend the cotton candy flavour, it’s soo sweet!

  If you want to experience some of the nostalgia of your childhood ice cream experiences this place is it. I just enjoyed a Tiger Tail ( licorice and orange flavour) 😬

  Such delicious ice cream! Much better than MFM in downtown Calgary, I wish they had an outlet closer to city centre. I tried the vanilla in a cup and just wanted more! I’ll go all the way out there again…

  Came here for the Mango Inferno, their entry for the YYC Hour Chocolate Fest. Delicious!! I don’t usually like white chocolate but this was amazing. So good that I had to bring my mom another day so she could try it too. The gentleman who was at the counter was great. He brought our drink to the table and came back later to see how we’d enjoyed it. I will definitely be back for ice cream this summer!
